Our welding blankets and welding curtains are excellent protection for workers especially those involved in welding and hot work activities. The welding blankets can be customized and manufactured into specific sized blankets to accommodate users’ needs and all materials are completely non-asbestos. The welding curtain is an ideal protection against people and surrounding environment of flammable materials, equipment, plant and machinery prevent. Both welding curtains and blankets have been researched, designed and certified to protect users or assets from catastrophic risks or hazards.

Simplest mode of safety protection

Our fire blankets are suitable to use in variety of different environments / conditions including domestic or industrial use. They can be customized to suit variety of different environments including factories, schools, offices, hotels, laboratories, etc. These fire blankets are excellent fire resistant and could immediately starve the fire of oxygen. This product has been independently tested and certified to BS EN 1869. This blankets could be tailored according to individual requirement or into specific shapes/sizes. It is a suitable protection for all workers at oil & gas industry especially those working at refinery or offshore platforms.

Engineered for high temperature resistance

Our range of silica fabrics could provide extra high temperature protection up to 1000C (1832F). The Silica fabrics is made of high percentage of silicone dioxide content, capable with low heat capacity and low thermal conductivity, providing optimum performance against flame / heat and offer superior protection in critical high temperature safety environments. The Silica fabrics comes in standard roll form, which can be tailored according to any size or design suitable for your own particular end use.

Engineered fabrics for excellent protection

We have a range of high quality neoprene fabrics which could withstand high abrasion resistance and offer good resistance to oils, greases and vapours. These engineered fabrics also have good resistance to oxidation, weathering, high temperature and flexing, suitable for offshore and refinery environment. The Glass Fibre Fabric temperature rating could stand up to +550C and provides ideal shielding for personnel working close to equipment with high temperature.

An inexpensive solutions for your first line of defense

In many cases fire extinguishers are a first line of defence and often contain or extinguish a fire, preventing costly damage. However fire extinguishers are susceptible to damage especially in outdoor weathered environment such as at refinery or offshore. Thereby, It is advisable to building owners and facilities managers to protect fire extinguishers with cover bags. The fire extinguisher covers and hose reel covers offers an inexpensive solution for protection against dire, dust, grease or even high temperature plus it sustains the extinguisher’s lifespan. The fluorescent coloured water repellent cover play an important role in keeping extinguishers in fighting shape.

Fabrics with high temperature protection

We have fabrics with high temperature resistance (from 600C to 1000C) combined with special coatings to provide protection against vapours, acids, abrasions. All these fabrics comes in rolls and can be tailored made match with your equipment size and dimensions. We also offer specialist high temperature fabrics that have either a 1 hour or 2 hour integrity rating (indicative tests passed to BS 476 parts 20 & 22). These fabrics can be utilized for fire curtains, smoke curtains, fire cavity barriers, etc.

Valve covers weatherproofed protection

Valve covers provide excellent protection for your actuators, pneumatic or electric valves and other critical control units, suitable for refinery and offshore outdoor conditions plus the material is weatherproofed, protects the components from harsh weathering conditions (UV rays/ heat / rain). These actuators or valves are often installed outdoor and left without any protective covers thereby moisture or corrosive conditions may endure corrosion and compromise the integrity of the isolation units. The valve covers also can be customized for flame retardant for several hours and withstand severe chemical and temperature exposure

Fabrics with high temperature protection

We have close collaboration with UK manufacturer to produce high specification of fabric curtains which works excellent to safeguard people and property. These fire curtains can be used to contain fire and smoke (around the affected area) in the event of fire. Smoke curtains and fire curtains are suitable for a variety of applications. This includes above false / suspended ceilings, factories, open plan lofts, offices, shopping centres, etc.

Thermal covers for excellent heat protection

Thermal insulation jackets provide excellent insulation for pipes, control system, flanges and other critical component, suitable for refinery and offshore environments plus it brilliantly provides personal protection from the high levels of heat beneath. These parts are often left without insulation due to their awkward shapes, leaving them vulnerable to the elements and susceptible to energy loss. Each thermal jacket is tailored made for any size / dimension / shapes of components and extremely easy fitting or quick removal for maintenance. Plus the material protects the components from weathering conditions (UV/heat/rain).

Insulation jackets for plastic industry

With close partnership with UK manufacturer, we can offer multiple sizes of barrel insulation jackets which provide excellent personnel protection from heat fatigue and skin burns. The Barrel Insulation Jackets suitable for plastic industry especially for the barrels of injection machines, blow moulders, extruders, extruder heads and lip dies, etc. The jacket also offer superior savings on energy bills (between 25%-40%) with rapid pay-back/savings time. The jackets resist steadily on temperatures of around 350C/662 F with temporary peaks up to 450C/842F (or higher upon request).
